PRODUCT / HEAT SINKS

The company has invested in material storage facilities for hundreds of lengths of HEATSINK EXTRUSION with an automated conveyor system leading directly to an automatic HIGH SPEED ALUMINIUM CUTOFF SAW. The dimensioned pieces are then drilled, tapped, deburred and washed ready for JIT delivery.

The availability of the electronic components to be mounted on heatsinks can fluctuate on a daily basis. The flexibility of J I T manufacture allows the heatsinks to be machined to suit the electronic components available at any particular time - thus ensuring that our customers are not saddled with redundant parts.
